Guests fly into the Cancun (CUN) airport. From the airport guests will need to take a private transfer service or taxi to the Grand Puerto Ultramar (also commonly called Puerto Juarez) ferry to Isla Mujeres. It is approximately 25 minutes to the ferry terminal from the airport. Another option from the ferry is the ADO bus. This option will take you to the main bus station in Cancun and you will be required to take a taxi to the ferry terminal.

Once at the ferry terminal, take the short 15 minute ferry ride to the island. Sit up top and take in the ocean air and sights, or sit below in the air conditioned cabin area. The ferries leave the Grand Puerto terminal every ½ hour, with the first departure at 5:00 am. After 9:30 pm the ferry only runs every hour, with the last departure to Isla Mujeres at 11:30 pm. The ferry departs Isla Mujeres for Grand Puerto every ½ hour, with the first departure at 5:30 am. After the 10:00 pm departure, the ferry runs every hour, with the last departure from Isla Mujeres at 12:00 am.

Once you exit the ferry terminal taxi’s are available to take you to the property.
